Cancellations are available until 24 hours before the party begins. All cancellations have a 10% cancellation fee. Parties canceled with less than 24 hours cannot be refunded or rescheduled. Cancellations may be cancelled by Maziply Toys for any reason at any time. If cancellation is the fault of Maziply Toys, 100% refund will be given. Your party may be rescheduled within 60 days of the original scheduled date, using your original payment, without a cancelation fee, so long as at least 24 hours notice is provided.

To cancel a party, log into your account and choose orders. Choose the order with the birthday package and you will be able to request a cancellation.

Guests are welcomed to bring cake for birthday party packages. You will need to provide utensils and cake cutter. Please note that open flames are not allowed in our facility.

Birthday party guests are welcomed to bring decorations that can be affixed with tape or sit on top of a table.

No problem! Birthday party packages include 2 pizzas. If you need more, they can be ordered up until 48 hours in advance of the party here.

When ordering, enter the quantity that you would like to add in addition to the 2 you will already receive. So if you want 4 pizzas, you would enter a quantity of 2.

Not a problem? Drinks can be purchased at the birthday party.

Of course! For a small extra fee, you can add up to 2 additional participants to your included party:

• Zoo Rides & Mirror Maze Package can have up to 10 participants (2 extra)
• Attractions Sampler can have up to 10 participants (2 extra)
• Laser Tag Birthdays can have up to 12 participants (2 extra)
• Laser Tag & Mirror Maze packages can have up to 12 participants (2 extra)

All participants must sign a liability waiver. If a participant is under the age of 18, then a parent or legal guardian must sign the online waiver in order to participate.

Yes. There must be at least one adult for every five children in the store. So if there are 11 participants that are children, there would need to be a minimum of 3 adults at all times.
